Teri Johnson, C.P.C., Executive Coach and Consultant
What we all really want in a coach is someone who can bring out the very best of what we have to offer - someone to see the magic in us and help us see it in ourselves. For Teri, mentoring and coaching others has been a lifelong passion. She has been helping people realize their dreams for years through teaching, coaching and consulting with professionals and business owners.

While running a design and communications studio, she coached dozens of small businesses through the launching process. She works comfortably alongside college students, entrepreneurs, artists and CEOs. Teri is a powerful speaker, writer and workshop leader. She is also a coach committed to helping you design a life that fully supports your desires.

Teri holds certifications from A.C.T., accredited by the International Coach Federation and from Comprehensive Coaching U in the area of Career Development. In addition, she is licensed to deliver the Legacy Leadership Institute through Coachworks International in Dallas, Texas.

Teri's first book, A Map for Joy: Lessons from a Life Coach, was published in the summer of 2004.

Phil Woolwine, CPCC, Executive Coach
Phil has extensive executive management experience with three major corporations where he played key leadership roles in operations, organizational change initiatives, acquisitions, expansion projects and market development.

As Vice President for Regional Operations he had profit responsibilities for five divisions employing 1,200 people and serving international markets.

He has led two successful consulting firms where, on behalf of his clients, he played key leadership roles in the formation and implementation of two successful start-up ventures. For a group of investors, he identified, evaluated and helped negotiate the purchase of a Canadian company serving world market. Subsequently he served as President of the company for the first eighteen months of ownership.

His clients include numerous leading domestic and foreign corporations, investment groups and international development and financial institutions.

His international experience includes new business development work in Australia, Southeast Asia, Brazil and Russia as well as product marketing work throughout Europe and Japan.

Over the past ten years Phil has become increasingly active in applying his leadership and management experience to help clients, in a variety of industries, improve their business and organizational effectiveness. Recognizing the value of coaching as a more effective way of serving his clients, he is now a professionally trained and certified coach working with executives on individual performance and with senior management teams in areas of leadership, strategy and organizational performance.

Terry Taylor, Coach
Terry Taylor has coached professionally and as a volunteer since 1991. She has helped hundreds of people throughout the United States and internationally discover how to effectively move forward, deepen learning and get dynamite results. She is a certified professional coach through the Academy for Coach Training and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Her office is located in Olympia, Washington, where she has lived most of her life.

After raising her son, Scott, she fulfilled her dream when she attained her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Non-Profit Development from the Evergreen State College and her Masters in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University.
